A soffit vent is a vent that is installed in the soffit to allow free flow of air. We advise our clients to have a vent installed because it has several advantages for property owners:

We are guided by two main principles when installing a soffit vent. The first is the local building code. Different places have different building codes that must be followed. In some towns, the local building code dictates that three vents should be installed instead of one.

The second factor is experience. We know through experience that for every 150 square area or attic space, then you need to have 1 square foot of vent space. 

TYPES OF SOFFIT STYLES
There are two main types of soffits that we can have installed on your property. The first is a vented soffit, and the second Is a solid soffit. The main difference between the two is that vented soffits already have installed vents while solid soffits have no-cut vents.
